These are all great responses, but lets make it double: which pokemon gives you a villainous vibe

Both in pic related, weavile always gave me the vibe of being a thief, and pokemon like garchomp always seemed to me like they would destroy a city in a fit of rage.

I like to imagine Medicham as the Pokemon equivalent of Impa from the Zelda games. A wise but mysteryous fighter that serves a greater good.

Alakazam looked pretty creepy evil to me as a kid, in a good way, I thought it was awesome and badass.
Apparently though it's supposed to be a benevolent counterpart to Gengar. After the first Mystery Dungeon game I can't see it as a bad guy.
But still, if you asked me twenty years ago I would tell you Alakazam is a villain.

That too, but I'm sure they made the Gastly line part poison so it would be weak to psychic while also being strong against it, and both Gengar and Alakazam are trade-only third stages with similar stat distribution.
I suppose Machamp, Alakazam and Gengar were meant to be a trinity of sorts.
