Outside of Trick Room, I don't understand why the later is more preferable. The flinch chance is wasted due to Azumarill's shit speed.

It seems small until you get screwed out of a match because of it. 99% of the time the extra 10 BP isn't worth the risk.

Waterfall is superior because the amount of kills Aqua Tail gets that Waterfall doesn't already get is pathetically low. That being said, you'd just be using a 90% accurate forme of Waterfall that can (and WILL) hax you out of ladder and tournament wins
