I want to do a replay of pic related but I dont want to lose my current pokemon (some of them are bred/EV trained) can I use Pokebank to store them? Do pokemon stay in there indefinitely?

You can also do no save runs without erasing your main file

How long will it take for Sun/Moon to get pokebank and can you buy more subscriptions to keep them in there longer then 365 days?

Nah you can go past 365 as far as i'm aware. it'll let you renew around day 30 or less
