Make gyms less of a laggy mess where 50% of the time you lose because of glitches, make it so that I don't have to restart the game every five minutes, make it so the GPS works and I don't have to stand directly next to a Pokestop for the game to realize I've moved close enough to it, etc.
While obviously the thing I want most for this game is more pokemon, there's no way they're going to add them already. It'll probably be another few months until we see Gen 2, if not early next year.
