How can an area not have anything? I go to work in a town 30 minutes drive away, and it's filled with wild pokemon. It's not fair.

Question, does leveling the pokemons CP before evolving make it stronger?

Like rather than just evolving rattata into raticate, if I max out rattata's cp, then evolve him, will he have a higher potential CP than he would have if I didn't level his CP pre-evolution?

It's better to level up after evolving if you end with a bad moveset

If you catch a fully evolved Pokemon with 80%+ of the white bar then stay with that

Same here. Next town over is covered in eeveelutions at gyms.

We are a tourist area so alot of people passing through will take over the weird middle of no where rest stop gyks so we get some weird out of townee pokemon at those spots.

My home town only has one and its a pidgeot.

Count yourself lucky that you get lots of the same pokemon. I can't really evolve anything so I'm missing out on evolution xp. it sucks. The lake by me has poliwags though. And for some reason pikachus spawn there too.

The lake is along a bike path and it has like 6 pokestops all around it, and a gym. Shit's pretty comfy
