The idea that a creature is BORN and EVOLVES with a piece of lumber in it's first form, a steel beam in it's second form, and two concrete chunks in it's third form is weird

I think the "monsters with manmade objects" is a gen 1 theme that the series tried to move away from after, pursuing a more natural design instead.

And then gen 5 decided to recreate gen 1 mons.

Mons with weapon started with Gen 1. This literally cannot be used against the Conkeldurr line.

no, humans have boxing gloves, hitmonchan has cushiony flesh pads. Same with jinx, it has a biological cloak to protect it from the cold. gurdur normally lifts large boulders in nature but because of Man it is now more common to see it lift steel beams or anything man made that's heavy.
