Weather conditions give one-stage evasion bonus to same-typing Pokemon or Pokemon that resist any damage effects from them. However, when using Fly, if the field is under sunlight/harsh sunlight, the opposing Pokemon's evasion is counted as 0 on the turn that it hits. Fly user's accuracy is still taken into account.
When under air current conditions, Fly's accuracy is reduced, but base power is boosted to 130 if it hits.
If Blizzard is used while rain is in effect, the weather condition is changed to hail instead for its remaining turns. Heavy rain remains unaffected. If sunlight takes over hail/rain, a fog effect is applied to the field for two turns before sunlight kicks in. This does not occur with heavy rain/harsh sunlight.
