>>27215444>>27215461The single player is pretty lackluster and boring (no arcade mode like in games like Tekken) so you'll be playing online a lot, which means you'll likely be facing players who are relatively good. If you don't mind the challenge and don't mind getting beat up until you get good enough, go for it, otherwise you'll probably burn yourself out pretty quickly.
Gameplay wise though it's a lot easier than other fighters. It's not dumbed down, the same kind of strategies and mind games still apply, but you don't have to remember long input sequences or have lightning flash level reaction. It also has a really great practice mode.
If they ever make a Pokken 2 I hope they add some more offline single player goodies. Tekken has always had good offline modes and condidering Namco made this I don't understand why they didn't bring those over.
