Week 3, wear a 25lb training vest and do all this
Start doing 10 high jumps a day
Week 6 wear a 40lb training vest and do this. Add 20 to your 10 high jumps every 2 days
Week 7 and beyond, maintain it on a elliptical, a treadmill and a punching bag. Free weights if you're into that sort of thing.
