Hey guys a couple of questions about PoGo.

Does anyone have the scales for CP evolution. How example how a 200 pidgey would evolve to a 500 pidgeotto? Or how a 300 pidgey would evolve to a 600 pidgeotto?

Do Pokemon always spawn at certain places? For example there's one park I go to is teeming with magikarp.

Is it true that there is region exclusive Pokemon?

There seems to be dratini's by sewers...
