Got it at level 11, hatched it today at level 20, it was CP500~. I'm guessing the power is set when you receive it, not hatch it.

Not very happy with them, honestly. Jynx are all over the place, Magmar isn't that rare as I see it daily, Eevee is always nice but not from a 10K egg. Mr. Mime is useless at that CP.
Gonna walk around for some more, but given how hot it is today, I don't think I'll be able to hatch them without dying. Might try hatching some 5K eggs but I don't want to waste my 3x Use incubators on them.
