This assumes you installed python to the C drive of course

This script line is supposed to set the python path so that cmd always knows where to ask for python instead of typing it out all the time. When you install python normally it should already default to the location anywhere.
Protip, save a copy of the commands to a text document so you don't always have to relook up.
