Say I have a 4IV Ditto that I caught with perfect IVs in HP, Attack, Defense and Speed, and I breed that with a Totodile and Destiny Knot to get those IVs on that Totodile.
If I also had a Ditto with a perfect IV in Special Defense, should I breed the Totodile and Sp.D Ditto together with Destiny Knots and pray the Totodile gets perfect IVs in all 5 stats that matter? Does it even work like that? I know Destiny Knot allows the parent to give the child 5 IVs at random, but what are the chances of this actually working to get perfect IVs on a Pokémon?
