You will need a file managed like iFile which can install IPAs or a standalone app like IPA installer or iFunbox on a jailbroken device. Non jailbroken devices should be able to install via codesigning (but people charge money for this service the last time I checked). A jailbroken device needs a patch like Masterball to run the game.
