If there's a way to recover HP on a switch out, you could use this to get free swap ins, right?
Say you use it for a set up, it gets hit, survives, you get a free switch without taking a hit, and can repeat that later.

Why wouldn't you switch out to the pokémon you want in the first place? If it is frail you could simply use a tank / wall to take the hit instead of wasting a spot on your team with this frail looking bug.

Nowhere does it say you switch into a RANDOM pokemon.
And why would it switch out when the opponent attacked with stealthrock anyway?

Imagine this:
>Wimpod is fast
>learns Stealth rock
>uses stealth rock in battle
>gets hit
>switches out to a pokemon that has a better matchup and forces in a mon that is weak to sneaky pebbles

If anything, smogon rips everyone else's sets off and catalogues them. Not the other way around.
Even if I'm clever enough to come up with my own set that is actually viable and not already on smogon, it's only a matter of time before it gets listed there.
