At most they can harvest information about your browser/fonts/ip address/Location/MAC address/DNS information, cookies (for that site only unless they're using some sort of hack attack), what type of browser, plugins you're using etc but that's nothing more than what any regular site can harvest.
Site contains a backlink to his wiki probably to boost the wiki's SEO rank, paypal link probably because the person wishes for donations.
At most these sites are more latent/slower/less good at harvesting data then hosting the script yourself but also safer in game because you're not genning the requests. However if they hosted malware on the site itself you might be in trouble. There aren't even any logging or analytics unlike most sites, I think it harvests less info than 4chan.
