/vp/ oldfag here. I took a break from this site for a few months, just for no good reason. I'm back on board with you guys, but I have one question.

From what I gather, I think he was a little kid who posted with a name on, and I think his main crime was taking the information in the Pokedex too literally, as that seems to be the context in which his name comes up most often.
