first drawing done, i tried but drawing with mouse is hard
dont know english name but basically its like an elephant seal strongman
the "belt" is just a white marking
ability is torrent obv
it is water fighting
it has a similar stat spread to conkeldurr but with more sp def, and slightly more sp attack so it can kinda pull off mixed (probably so it can surf)

the white thing around its neck isnt supposed to look like a beard, its a frill. im just bad at drawing

yeah i can see where you're coming from with that, they both follow the circus carnie with big nose theme
however in motion it will look a lot different in the way it moves (it moves around a lot), has some neat animations throwing the bubble ball around i hear

Now for litten
ballio guy got a lot right with this one in terms of design but with some differences

no sorry but the litten one is fairly close, they just got the torso shape wrong
here are all three starters. rowlet follows the dapper owl theme full circle (those tails are supposed to be coat tails) and his feet are very twig like
he gets overgrow, and has medium hp and defenses, and very good physical/special attack. apologies again for the bad art and for ballio not being real
now what do you guys want, johto megas or miscellaneous megas?

How can Litten's final evo have "fairly high" HP while Rowlet has "medium" HP when in one of the Battle Royale shots, it has 23 HP, which if I can recall, is higher than Tepig's at the same level?

that is sort of what it is but with no horn, and the neck does not really go up from the body. also all legs have the stripes, and back legs are thinner than that.

Ability: flame body (get it because it has a flaming body)
gets boost to special attack, speed, and defense (small boost to special defense) and subtracks from attack
it gets a lot of fire, fire "blades" on its arms and legs that flare up when it gets mad
has a lot of smoke and is still pure fire

It learns Mud Shot at lv35, ok in this level every Pokemon can learn every type attack.
Popplio, learns Disarming Voice at lv8, he could learn any other attack, that at least is physical because he will be a Water/Fighting, but it doesn't. All Pokémon that learn this attack naturally ( leveling up ) share one thing in common, they are very feminine .
Exploud you can not learn naturally, only breeding, if the attack was based only on sounds, Exploud should be on the list of earning this attack naturally , but he does not share the feminine traits , not even the trio of monkeys , not enough female Pichu .

It's an example to show that learning a certain move doesn't imply the evolution's typing and that several other factors play into deciding a movepool.
In the case of Popplio learning Disarming voice this could be related to the fact that sea lions make a variety of different sounds and loud noises.

They are not a small company, they are not idiots and also especially after wottergate they will be much more careful.

Oh the reason I don´t believe this is because Popplio has high Sp.Attack and Fighting type wouldn´t fit. But it also can be possible. It reminds me of the one guy who really liked something and said there are type changes like Nidoking becoming Poison/Fighting and Nidoking is afaik played as special attacker? So probably we will get this gen more special type fighting attacks?

I wasn't trying to say that it's not a sound based move, but it doesn't seem like having a sound theme is the only prerequisite for getting that move.

Also, while some moves fit certain pokemon (Snorlax - Slack off) I guess gamefreak doesn't give them those moves for balancing reasons.

It still is pretty arbitrary to draw a line there, especially considering most pokemon have moves that fit perfectly with their theme but can only get them through breeding.

Even though it isn't a prerequisite it is a valid explanation for why the pokemon learns the move (popplio is a seal and they make lots of different sounds ).
