Seriously, the ONLY one that fits that bill is Heatran. How do I make a mono-steel team under these conditions when ONE Fire type sweeper will rip it in half?

There's also empoleon, the several rock/steel types, and heatran like you mentioned. they're all solid choices, I don't see why you're complaining since most steel types can learn earthquake anyways.

Just because it isn't OU godsent like your precious bishap and heatran doesn't mean its garbage, there's a reson why its in UU you self-entitled steelfag, besides you're asking for an anti-fire help, and water is the fucking n1 anti-fire type, since it synergyzes much better with steel than ground or rock.

You guys are legitimately dumb if you think Empoleon isn't good in a mono steel team, or a regular team for that matter. It can serve support roles and offensive roles. Typing matters a lot on wether or not a pokemon is good. Something like vespiqueen has decent stats but its typing doesn't work well with it. Empoleon is a bulky pokemon with a great typing, designed to be able to take out key pokemon that can threaten your team, mostly fire types of course. In a steel team empoleon is almost a requirement, and in UU its one of the best defogers alongside gligar. I don't even like the thing, I think its ugly and badly designed, but you are just being stupid. Educate yourselves.
