Popmaid is too feminine. Now not that I have anything against feminine pokemon, but they wouldn't make a starterrible this gender based. Delphox is quite close to the line, but even then it doesnt have eye lashes, beaded hair, and a curvy figure.

Not that any of that is bad mind you, but popplio has no obvious famine qualities at all. Some boys are gonna pick him and will promptly turn their 3ds off as soon as they see it. You have to think of the market. Little lads are the main audience, and they're not gonna be impressed when they see that, especially when popplios Base form doesn't give any indication of it becoming so girly. Its just not going to happen
