I noticed something.
None of gen 5,6 and now 7 pokemon uses 1 gen angry eyes anymore, and starting from gen 4 there is a huge focus on eyes to look unique and give pokemon a character. It's also a huge probablity why people state that less and less Pokemon resemble Pokemon.
