I started a game of Emerald and SR'd until I got a good nature for Blaziken (Adamant, Jolly, Rash, etc.) and I got one that is Adamant. I checked the stats and got this:

HP: 10-29
ATK: 0-19
DEF: 0-19
SPA: 0-19
SPD: 0-19
SPE: 10-29

Should I keep it? Am I autistic for caring this much about an in-game bro? Probably.

IVs matter even less at that level than they do at level 100. And at level 100, it's only 31 points of difference between a complete 0 and a 11. Here, there is literally zero difference between a Pokemon with a speed IV of 10 and a speed IV of 29.

This is beyond autistic. You're not even going to use it in an actual battle because it doesn't get any egg moves or hidden ability.
