The first two basically take away all variety, and boil all mons down to their base stats

you might as well give every mon only 4 moves that they can learn and a set strategy

This just goes back to you not wanting any variance among stats
Getting rid of luck from the game is something I can possibly get behind
But getting rid of people's originality and creativity is retarded
The ability to create unique builds and flex your creativity, and use new strategies, is one of the main draws of competitive play
you can't take that away
Now for the last one
That's actually kind of a neat idea
obviously you would have to limit what abilities a mon might be able to learn
way more than just WG
And it couldn't be that many
maybe only 5 -7 choices per mon
but giving each one a unique 'egg ability' list would be pretty neat
