Gamefreak rules for making a mega:
- Primary type is never changed or removed, only secondary
- HP does not change
- +100 base stats
- No minmaxing "-30 in unused offensive stat" bullshit unless absolutely necessary. This means you don't arbitrarily do it just because it's a shitmon, you consider ability, type, stats, movepool and niche.
