I felt like some of the characters had ages that didn't match their personalities or at least maturity (I really wanted to see a relationship between Izumi and Takuya in the end, to be honest - and that wasn't something I wanted for most of the show, so it was interesting when I started feeling it was almost necessary).
I loved the Digimon designs but not having double spirit evolutions nor hyper evolutions for the rest of the cast definitely sucked. At least they gave an explanation (even if it was a shitty one), but it was still unsatisfying.
I could go on and on about what I didn't like since there definitely are a TON of problems with Frontier... but in the end, I enjoyed it more than not.
Oh, and Neemon is the best character. I just wish he got to do a bit more. Usually that sort of character is the one I hate... but he's awesome. I think I might like his English voice just a tad more than his Japanese voice though, but both are great.
