On top of all this breeding is likely still a faster method considering a Pokemon needs to be lv 100 to use Hyper Training. Plus you need bottle caps which we don't even know the rarity of. Chances are Hyper Training is only good for Legendaries, shiny Pokemon, and Dittos just to make breeding faster.
