He's annoying, nobody tolerates him, and the only people who don't tell him to fuck off do it out of pity, and not because they like him.
He brings absolutely nothing relevant to whatever thread he invades, if anything, he single-handedly derails threads. Talking to him is worse than a brick wall, if you correct him he'll ignore it, post another of his pokedex entries and repeat his first post like a broken record.
