Ghetsis used N's idea to take advantage of pokémon. In White, he ends up seeing that an ideal world where pokémon and humans coexist is better than one where pokémon are justly liberated.
Black's storyline can be interpreted as N's ideal world being liberating Pokémon and him discovering that Pokémon should truly be able to coexist with humans. It's about the interpretation, hence
it's not always black and white
