People were pretty split on most of them though, I think Wimpod got the most positive reception.

I very much like Mudsdale and Wimpod, I'm fine with the new fluff mons (Comfey and Bounsweet) but I've hated Bewear and Mimikyu from the first time I saw them. I think gen 7 is looking grand so far though, as Bewear and Mimikyu are the only ones that I actually do dislike, bar Bruxish, which goes without saying.

Wimpod - Water/Bug! Best typing ever! Evolve into something awesome?
Bounsweet - Generic cute fruit, like Cherubi and Hoppip.
Comfey - I don't think people really care about this one.
Mimikyu - REALLY popular.

Mimikyu: People only hate it ironically.
Wimpod: Very positive. Some hope that it's the pseudo-legendary.
Comfey: Literally comfy. Seems to be positive opinions overall.
Mudsdale: Marmite. Some love it, some hate it.
Bounsweet: Overall seems to be dislike, due to it being Cherubi 2: Electric Boogaloo.
Bewear: Overall seems to be despised, mainly due to the colour.

It's not aware of general tastes (For good or bad)

Most loved Pokemon is Mimikyu so far. The solely proof you need is the amount of fanarts and the likes/loves/faves (Depending the site) it has.
Same with Bewear: everyone is weirded by it and at first they all hated it and then started to grow on them with the description.

As for the ones introduced in the trailer, most liked on Internet was Mudsdale. Here, Wimpod.
Most disliked (But not that much, considering the hate on previous gens) was Comfey due the simplicity of it and the Fairy typing which here seems like everyone hates it (Not sure on the reason, my personal belief is that the kids and autists are afraid of their frail masculinity if they use them)

Bounsweet, due its backstory, inspires pity. Oh, and they all called the damn fruit it's based on. Like 20 threads of it.

So...For the internet, it was a decent to good presentation, here was decent to bad.

Wimpod has huge potential, Mimikyu and Bewear are really fun ideas. Mudsdale I don't like too much but conceptually is pretty good.

Some fillermons as usual, but for some reason there are morons here who neither expect them or seem to realise why they need to exist.
