Why don't they just implement the combat system used in handheld games? Sure Pokemon GO is supposed to be more "interactive", but just tapping and dodging seems a bit stupid.

It's like a 9/10 defensively against most other Pokemon because it has psychic moves for grass types (most of whom were part poison) and resists water.

Problem is Exeggutor on the offensive is awful against Vaporeon in particular because it can't learn any goddamned grass moves.

You can beat gyms with pidgeys if you are patient enough since you can literally dodge every attack the AI throws at you.

Unless you are shit or the server is lagging.
