Does anyone have a WORKING link to a EU .cia or Pokemon Eternal X or Wilting Y, legal version?

It seems everyone who uploads them are morons and uploading broken versions.
Its supposed to have all Pokemon catchable in the wild and a mild difficulty increase, but the versions I've found have the difficulty increase with no extra Pokemon or they crash on the intro.

Pls help.
