Rivera City (Detroit, Steel-type gym. Blatant parody of ex-Mayor Kilpatrick that rides around in a gold limo until the player defeats him)
Lawspear City (Lansing, Dragon-type gym. The base of operations for both the union that functions as the Team Rocket of the region and the actual bad guys)
Santeville Town (St. Clair, has the typical Battle Tower type things)
Stoneburrow Town (Flint, shut down Rock-type gym. There is a sewer maze.)
Cherbloss Town (Bay, has an eternal festival theme and side-quests.)
Centrim City (Midland, Bug-Type Gym)
Mater Town (Alma, has the typical Pokémon school way after it could possibly be useful)
Cherant Town (Grand Rapids, sells a lot of Secret Base and other in-game cosmetic stuff)
Mandra Town (Manastee, is a minor settlement of Rangers and Scientists in an area of large biodiversity.
Portsign City (Traverse, Water-type gym. There is a ferry that takes you to the Northern Peninsula.
Dairvine Town- One that exists in the overlap between this region and another. Close to the ferry's other end.
Coppelmine City (Copper Harbor, Ice-type gym. Built into the only mountains in the region)
Yuppa Town (Non-specific, exists so you can stock up before going on Victory Road/Mackinac Bridge)
Magnew City (Mackinaw, Elite 4 location. Used to be a remote place for training but became a tourist trap)

Wintorm City (Windsor, Flying type Gym. Is part of a region inhabited by immigrants of Kalos and another region)
Trashhovel Town (Toledo, a giant landfill)
