What is the relationship between the movies and shows? How come Ash gets to pick and choose what he remembers from the movies in the anime? Why did they makes the Regis in the Lucario movie sound incredible, and make gigas a monster in the show, and then make him sound like a dingus in this movie?

Just make it an auto Bulk Up or Dragon Dance every turn, I'd say it kind of deserves it after how long it's been shat on, and I like the idea of it progressively getting stronger and faster as an opposite to Slow Start
