Anyone is allowed to critic and give their opinions, judge a person's opinions and feedback by their quality, not by source/origin. Artists that refuse to listen to feedback unless it's Leonardo da Vinci returning from the grave telling them it's shit (and even then some would still be in denial) will never improve and evolve.
