Ok. I'm going to try something new here.

We are going to build a Pokemon together. As this is my first try at this there may be mistakes here or things missing.

First some rules:
You can only add one thing at a time and must wait for someone else to post before you add more.
No contradicting or removing someone elses additions. If someone says it's has BST of 500 no going above that ect.
When it's all done we can talk about how useful or OP it will be or add more details. I will start a new thread for another one later if this is a big hit.
