No actual evidence. To me they look very Pokemon-esque. The concept art was iffy because everything but the confidential tag was in Japanese, but it it also looked very similar to official concept art. I love the designs, but i wouldn't be devastated if they weren't real. Luckily, the 2nd evos will likely make or break the legitimacy of these "leaks".
