Gardevoir is also from the pokemon franchise which literally translates into pocket monsters and most of the designs are based on animals.
Add to this that adding human features like tits makes it furry/anthro by default and you can see why people would classify it as furry.
On the other side you have people whos only argument is "lel, no fur" even though thats not necessarily a requirement for something to be furry.
Now I don't hate furries / wish them any harm but the people running around here in denial should really come out for what they are.
TL;DR: If you wanna fug a gardevoir then you might be a furry.
