Gen 2 starters in general tend to suffer from IJGB with Meganium being an arguable exception due to change from headleaf to antennae and the individual leaves becoming a single-unit flower.
And yes, a lot of other lines do suffer from IJGB, although they aren't necessarily as bad as some cases.
