I would like to play Pokemon Crystal on my Phone with a Emulator and be able to fill the Pokedex to 251. I found some Roms that make that possible, but they are all english and have their difficulty increased.

Is there any way to easily create a German Pokemon Crystal Rom with every Pokemon obtainable, preferable with the normal difficulty because im a noob?
