Alola Snorlax - Lush Alola fruit environment and lazy island atmosphere make it such a fat blob it is immobile. Blissey Defense level Speed stat, higher defense because all of the fat absorbs physical blows and dissipates them across the huge surface area.
Alola Machamp - Samoan warrior Machamp styling instead of wrestler. Gains Steel type with a huge weird-ass Samoan warclub so big it takes four arms to lift.
Alola Meganium - Please just make Meganium good make it like Exeggutor where the tropical Alola is its true form with a Lei around its big neck flower and give it a natural Sunny Day ability like Drought for insta-Solar Beam and stuff.
Alola Ariados - A lot of weird spiders are native to Hawaiian would be neat to see Ariados take on a Ground secondary type and behave like a ground spider OR even maybe a water spider. I'd really like to see the more sort of forgotten Pokemon like this and Sandshrew and Exeggutor get some neat new forms.
Alola Lapras - Seems like an obvious one because it seems like it's such an Orange Islands setting. Maybe instead of Water/Ice it becomes more just Water and looks even more like a Plesiosaur with a longer neck since they seem to love long necks this gen. Could naturally learn Dive.
Alola Farfetch'd - Fighting/Flying type. Farfetch'd in the Alola region carry around thick-ass coconuts from palm trees instead of little sticks so they're right jacked. Come with a Coconut held item that works like the Iron Ball with Fling.
