>>27471688I get where you are coming from but diamonds aren't ice. Not even by GF's point of view it seems. The current diamond Pokemon don't learn any ice moves either. I also don't want Kanto Pokemon retyped as, although seeing a fast, giant ice snake that is strong would be cool.
