Using your measurements, Charizard is nearly exactly 6 ft. Also, it's neck is hunched over slightly, meaning it's marginally shorter. Definitely bigger than 6ft.

Pokedex has been bullshit since the start, anything that can carry you should have been at least 8 feet and above in height unless it's a Psychic-type. This includes Surf Pokemon.

All Charizards shown in official media (even in official art and now this rideable pokemon) have always been larger than 5'7, never smaller.

Not to mention the general inconsistency even within the dex's themselves.

I agree, especially when it comes to weight. How does a blue fucking whale pokemon weigh less than 1000 pounds? They seem to be doing a bit better this gen. Anyone thinking/hoping they'll retcon the heights/weights of some of the more massive pokemon?

That's the rental pokemon pokeball, it holds the pokemon you ride on. I'm not sure if it can hold one or more at a time though, it would be really annoying if Charizard ended up being the Fly replacement, but you had to swap it out whenever you wanted to travel across water with Sharpedo.
