Samurott is a 10/10 Pokemon in itself.

It's just awkward because Dewott doesn't bridge the gap well enough.

It leaves the entire experience as rather awkward as a result. Especially compared to it's counterparts.

Squirtle to Blastoise makes no sense. It loses its wave theme for guns to appeal to small children.
Piplup and Prinplup are really ugly.
Gen V's guy is even more ugly.
