I liked megas. They made some really cool but underused Pokemon like Camerupt, Altaria, Mawile, actually viable. In their best instances, they were able to change how a Pokemon was used instead of just being a Min/Max button (Gengar, Venusaur).
Salamence and Kangaskhan were super broken, but they can fix those things
