>>27510941The thing is that those are status attacks that don't require anything other than a simple turn to work. If you miss the Sky Attack, you've wasted your held item and you're left with a 2-turns attack slot that is pretty unusable because it's just asking to get countered.
Sure 10% is not much but it's still 1 out of 10 and shouldn't be disregarded.
