I can also see it having a move similar to Stealth Rock, but instead of just dealing damage, it leeches off the HP of the target as well!

Really doubt that will happen. Thousand Arrows is too fitting to Zygarde's motif (the hexagons) to be able to be used by other Pokemon.

There is no excuse for shell armor on Samurott. maybe they thought Magician would be good and it wasn't but you can't defend shell armor Samurott. It's shell wasn't important enough to give it Shell Smash, then its shell shouldn't be important enough for it to get a shit ability.
