Right after Diamond's release when I had an entire class full of people watching over my shoulder as I fought Volkner. The next day everyone had Diamond or Pearl. Only time I've ever enjoyed state testing.

One of my then best friends was there with me, he was the one that brought attention to it. I didn't know anyone else in there at the time. After that I'd see them around in passing periods or other classes, every now and then we'd play together and talk about the games.

Nah, I haven't seen any of them since HS ended, Pokemon is a major part in my College circle of friends though, most of our friendships are rooted in music and/or Pokemon

When some of my closest group of friends all came from a pokemon chat group that originated from a pokemon forum.

I currently don't talk to a lot of them anymore because of breakup fallout but I do talk regularly to a friend of my ex.

I was 7.
I had a pokemon bedspread, pokemon shirts, pokemon trapper keeper, box o' pokemon cards, pokemon ashnime vhs tapes, pokemon figurines, pokemon plush toys, pokemon breakfast cereal, pokemon toothbrush, pokemon pjs, and red version.
