Literally the worst design yet, only rivaled by the annoying take mermaid people are shilling the Fuck out of. Seriously, why Dragon? Why? That make no fucking sense... Not when they could make an ice type igloo golem instead, or some other crazy evolution variants of pre existing Pokemon, but that thing?! WHY?!?!?!?!
