Yeah, but its suposed that in Alola here is only Ice SandSlash, so why the fuck they would call them Sandslash and not IceSlash?

Makes perfect sense to me, did you fail high school biology? We don't call the Galapagos tortoise by a completely different name due to environment adaptations.

It's called sandslash because it fucking lived in sand. In the desert. It just migrated and adapted to its new environment, without creating a new species. So it kept its old name.
If a bird moved to a new continent it wouldn't be called something different.

With the possible exception of Exeggutor, these pokémon are not native to Alola. They were brought by men and changed over time because their new enviroment was hostile to their original forms.

So they were already known as Sandshrew/slash in Alola before the subspecies showed up and became predominant
