By that logic, Slaking is a pseudo, every non-legendary mega is a "pseudo", hell, anything with a BST of least +530 is considered pseudo. And to the people who are really getting butthurt over whether Volcarona or Hydreigon are "pseudo", why not have two of them? Like I said before, there's no official source of what is and what is not "pseudo". Gen 3 did it with Metagross and Salamence and there's no debate over that. Alder and Iris both use their respective pokemon in the champion battles. But, really, the term means nothing in this sense. I don't even think most of you anons know what pseudo even means, or what a legendary is, rather.
The true pseudo legendary is Phione and possibly Arcanine.
